Shipping and Returns

Claims & Returns:

Please do Not refuse a shipment or return items without first contacting us for authorization. 

A 50% re-handling charge will be applied to any unauthorized returns. 

All claims of shortages or damages must be reported within 5 days of the receipt of the shipment.  All Goods damaged during transit are the responsibility of the carrier, but we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.  Please be sure to retain the original packing materials and product as these may be required for inspection by the carrier's claims agent.  

Any authorized returns for reasons other than Defect or due to our Error will be credited product cost less transportation charges and a 15% restocking fee.

Shortages:

All stock is usually on hand for all products shown in our website catalog for immediate shipping.  If stock is not available for any reason, we will cancel that item and ask you, our customer to reorder.

Any Shortages on orders received, must be reported in writing within 5 business days from the date of delivery.

Terms of Sale:

All orders are subject to approval by our main office, and processed orders are not able to be cancelled by the buyer.  We will, try to do our best to accommodate any additions if they are received before the order is packed for shipment.  Shipping (Delivery) arrangements are contingent upon Delays of transportation facilities, accidents,  Acts of God, and any other delays which are unavoidable or beyond our control.

Shipping Information:

All GROUND ORDERS are processed and shipped out from our warehouse within 3 to 5 business days.  They then will incur time in transit (shipping), which could be 1 to 5 business days, depending on your shipping address.  Ground delivery time is not guaranteed.  If you need a guaranteed delivery date, then you will need to choose the most appropriate express shipping method for your order.

All shipments are sent via FedEx. We cannot ship products from PartyStuffCloseouts.com via any other method.

We will do our best to ship express orders the same business day the order is placed, but the order may not ship until the next business day.  Your order must be placed by 10:00am Eastern Time to be eligible for same day shipping.  If placed after that time, it will ship the next business day.

EXPRESS SHIPPING NOTES: If you need a faster service than Basic Ground to U.S. destinations, we offer FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2nd Day Air, or FedEx Std Overnight.

FedEx Ground Rates: - We bill a flat rate of $10.00 for FedEx Ground shipping for orders under $100.00.  For orders between $100 and $750.00, we bill 10% of the order subtotal for FedEx Ground Shipping. 

We offer FREE FedEx Ground Shipping to destinations in the continental U.S. for orders over $750.00.

Here's the shipping times for the various Express shipping methods:

Express Saver: - Will Arrive 3 business days after the day it ships out.  Example: Ships on Monday, arrives on Thursday.  Ships on Friday, arrives on Wednesday etc.

2nd Day Air: - Arrives 2 business days after the day it ships out.  Example: Ships on Monday, arrives on Wednesday.  Ships on Friday, arrives on Tuesday etc.

Std Overnight: - Arrives by 3:00pm on the next business day after the day it ships out.  Example: Ships on Monday, arrives on Tuesday.  Ships on Friday, arrives on Monday etc..  If you need delivery by 10:00 am or Saturday delivery, choose Next Day Air Saver, and then let us know your request by using the "Special Instructions" section on the checkout page.  FedEx does offer these services, but the cost will be more and we will bill you the additional amount to your credit card.

International Orders: - Please place your order online and choose basic ground shipping.  We will email you with the shipping cost for your shipment and await your approval prior to shipping the package.
